Citrox Protect Floors & Walls Sealant for Absorbent Surfaces is engineered to penetrate porous materials at a molecular level, forming an invisible, breathable barrier that protects without trapping moisture. By allowing vapour to escape while repelling water, it helps maintain surface integrity and appearance over time.

Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it keeps walls and floors cleaner for longer, reducing cleaning frequency and helping extend the service life of absorbent building materials.

APPLICATION: On white surfaces, the sealing can lead to discolouration, so we recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before application.

STEP 1: Before application ensure surfaces to be treated are clean and dry.

STEP 2: Shake the bottle well before application. Apply a light and even coating to an inconspicuous area of the surface from a distance of 20 – 30cm. Allow to dry and test for colour fastness. Depending on the weight of application, a slight darkening can occur.

STEP 3: Repeat STEP 2 coating the entire surface. Alternatively, the product may be applied by roller or by immersion.

STEP 4: Allow to dry at room temperature for at least 1 hour or until the surface is dry to the touch. For best results leave to dry for 24 hours before use.

• Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Avoid contact with eyes. Causes serious eye irritation. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth.
• DO NOT induce vomiting. If symptoms persist seek medical advice immediately. Vapour may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
• Always read the label and product information before use. Keep container tightly closed.
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, in a temperature range between 5 – 25ºC.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Dispose of as per local regulations, and do not allow product to enter drains.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
